The State Panchayat Resource Centre (SPRC), formerly known as PRTI A.D Nagar, was formed with the vision of strengthening local governance and empowering rural leaders in Tripura. Operating under the Rural Development (Panchayat) Department, SPRC is a state-level training institute committed to enhancing the capabilities of elected representatives and officials across all levels of Panchayat institutions in the state.Our primary focus is on providing specialized training programs for Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, and Zilla Parishad representatives, along with other key stakeholders involved in rural development. These training sessions aim to build competencies in governance, resource management, and policy implementation, ensuring that local leaders are well-equipped to make informed decisions for the welfare of their communities.
