Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

At SPRC, Tripura, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all employees. To uphold this commitment, we have established the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), as per the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.

The ICC is dedicated to addressing and resolving complaints related to workplace harassment, discrimination, or any misconduct within the organization. Our goal is to ensure that every employee feels valued, protected, and heard.

How to File a Complaint:

If you feel that your rights have been violated or you have been subjected to harassment or misconduct at the workplace, you can approach the Internal Complaints Committee by following these steps:

  1. Submit Your Complaint: You may submit a written complaint to the ICC, detailing the nature of the incident and providing any supporting evidence, if possible.

  2. Email for Complaints: Complaints can be lodged by sending an email to: sprc-tr@tripura.gov.in/prti.westtripura@gmail.com

  3. Timeline for Resolution: The ICC is committed to investigating complaints promptly and thoroughly, ensuring a resolution within the stipulated timeframes set by law.

Members of the Internal Complaints Committee:

The committee comprises senior members of the organization, including representatives from management and employees, as well as an external expert, ensuring impartiality and fairness in the proceedings.

Confidentiality and Protection from Retaliation:

The ICC operates with strict confidentiality, ensuring the privacy of the complainant and all parties involved in the investigation. Retaliation against individuals who report harassment or participate in investigations is strictly prohibited, and appropriate action will be taken against anyone found guilty of retaliation.
